Ideal for increasing storage space in cramped areas, the Cambro CBA244872S4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus add-on shelving unit is intended to be affixed to a Basics Plus starter shelving unit in T, L, or U shapes. The add-on unit measures 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 72 inches high and is brushed graphite gray to complement the starter shelving unit for a uniform appearance. For versatility in where it can be stored, its polypropylene construction withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, so it's safe for use in dishrooms, coolers, freezers, and pantries. The composite posts' leveling feet stabilize the add-on unit when installed on uneven surfaces.

The Cambro CBA244872S4580 add-on shelving unit's four solid shelves contain spills, won't crease linens, and accommodate small and irregularly sized items that otherwise could slip through vented shelves' gaps. For convenient, thorough sanitization, their flat surfaces are simple to wipe clean, and they can be removed for dishmachine washing. To protect products throughout storage, the polypropylene construction resists rusting, corroding, peeling, and scratching. Though the top shelf is designed to hold 400 pounds and each lower shelf has a 600-pound capacity, this unit shouldn't be loaded with more than 1,800 pounds.
