Safe within a temperature range of -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, the Cambro CBSK2142VS4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus shelf plate kit works well in dry pantries, hot kitchens, humid dishrooms, and walk-in refrigerators and freezers. This kit comes with three vented shelf plates and one solid shelf platea'¬a€all made of polypropylene for durability. The louvered shelves help circulate air around product to reduce moisture, dirt, and dust accumulation, and the solid shelf holds small items and contains spills. Measuring 42 inches wide by 21 inches deep, the shelves come in a brushed graphite color to match other Camshelving elements. Traverses and dovetails are included to attach the plates to shelving posts.
