The Cambro CBSK2148S4580 Basics Plus shelf plate kit comes with four polypropylene shelf plates. Their solid structure is designed to hold small product and contain spills from leaks. Able to withstand temperatures between -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, these shelves can be stored in hot kitchens, dry pantries, humid dishrooms, and walk-in coolers and freezers. They resist corrosion and come in a brushed graphite color to match other shelving components for a professional appearance. Overall, they each measure 48 inches wide by 21 inches deep and include traverses and dovetails for secure attachment to Camshelving® posts.
