This unit can be used safely in humid and dry environments within a temperature range of -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Due to the shelves' polypropylene construction, this kit is durable for use in commercial kitchens. The shelves are vented to promote even air circulation and the unit includes all the hardware necessary to add it to pre-purchased shelving units.
