For use in pantries or walk-in coolers, the Cambro CBSK2148VS5580 polymer shelf plate kit endures temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Four shelves are vented, enabling airflow through the gaps to reduce dust formation and provide uniform cooling in walk-in units. To hold small items, one shelf is solid with no gaps for product to slip through. Each shelf accommodates 600 pounds; to attach them to a preexisting unit, this kit includes 10 traverses and five bags of eight-count dovetails.
