To expand the areas where it can be used, the Cambro CBU185464S4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus starter shelving unit is safe for use in cold and heat from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit and is intended for use in walk-in coolers and freezers, dry storage pantries, and warm dishrooms. Its polypropylene shelves resist rusting, peeling, corroding, and scratching to preserve its original brushed graphite color throughout use. For balance on irregular or uneven surfaces, four composite posts with leveling feet stabilize the unit. Included preassembled wedges and post connectors, eight traverses, and four bags of eight dovetails facilitate assembling this 54-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 64-inch-high structure.

This Cambro CBU185464S4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus starter shelving unit includes four levels of solid shelf plates. Though the top shelf is built to hold 400 pounds and each bottom shelf has a 600-pound capacity, no more than 1,800 pounds should be stored on this unit. The shelves' flat surfaces are ideal for storing linens because they won't crease towels and sheets, and they provide sturdy support for small or irregularly shaped items. Because these shelves are simple to clean, removable, and dishwasher safe, operators can maintain clean surfaces. To hinder bacterial spread between routine cleanings, Camguard® antimicrobial agent is molded into each shelf.
