Fitting into a shelving unit, the Cambro CBSK1842V4580 louvered shelf plate kit includes eight traverses and four bags of eight-count dovetails. The shelves each measure 42 inches wide by 18 inches deep, and they have a capacity of 600 pounds each. Because the unit has a temperature range of -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, it can be used to hold ingredients in walk-in coolers and supplies in dry pantries. Providing durability, the shelves are made of polypropylene, and their vented design helps air flow through the gaps.
