Suited for storage in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, the Cambro CBSK2454V1580 Camshelving® Basics Plus shelf plate kit can be added to units stored in humid dishrooms, steamy kitchens, or cool refrigerators. Made of polypropylene, this 54-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep shelf resists common wear, such as corroding, peeling, and scratching, while holding as much as 500 pounds. The louvered structure moves airflow around stored products, reducing moisture buildup and dust accumulation between standard cleanings. Its brushed graphite color matches the original unit, and it's equipped with traverses and dovetails for post attachment.
