Designed to maintain a clean storage space in humid and dry areas, the Cambro CBA243084V4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus add-on shelving unit is lined with four tiers of vented shelves. Air can flow through the shelves' gapped surfaces and move around product, which helps eliminate moisture and dust buildup. Shelves also can be wiped clean routinely and removed for cleaning in a dishmachine. Though the top shelf has a 400-pound capacity and the bottom shelves each support 600 pounds, no more than 1,800 pounds of product should be stored on this unit as a whole.

For lasting durability, the Cambro CBA243084V4580 add-on shelving unit's polypropylene construction withstands high-volume use while resisting peeling, scratching, rusting, and corroding. It measures 30 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 84 inches high and can be attached to a Basics Plus starter shelving unit in L-, U-, or T-shaped configurations, adding storage space in cramped areas. To facilitate installation, it includes traverses, dovetails, and preassembled post connectors and wedges. For adaptability, two composite posts with leveling feet ensure the unit is stable on uneven surfaces.
