They can withstand a temperature range of -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling use in dishrooms, kitchens, pantries, and freezers. Their brushed graphite exteriors match other shelving components for a cohesive look, and they come with 10 traverses and five bags of eight-count dovetails for secure mounting. These 48-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep solid plates effectively support small products that would fall through shelves with openings, and they can prevent leaks from dripping onto other shelves or the floor.
