The Cambro CBSK2436V4580 louvered shelf plate kit can be used in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling operation in dry and humid environments. For uniform air circulation, its four shelves are vented; this provides even cooling in walk-in freezers and reduces dust accumulation in pantry areas. Shelves each have a 600-pound capacity and measure 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep. This kit comes with all the necessary hardware to install the shelves to a preexisting unit.
