This Cambro CBU183664V4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus starter shelving unit measures 36 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 64 inches high and resists peeling and scratching to withstand long-term use while maintaining its original look. For storage versatility, it endures temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit and is therefore compatible with walk-in coolers and freezers, dry storage pantries, and humid dishrooms. Its four composite posts fitted with leveling feet balance the unit if it's placed on sloped or irregular surfaces. To expedite setup, this unit includes traverses, dovetails, post connectors, and wedges.

Each shelf in the Cambro CBU183664V4580 starter shelving unit is louvered, which is ideal for storing heavy bagged and boxed product and perishables. Air can move through the gapped surfaces and around product to improve air circulation while reducing moisture and dust accumulation. To maintain clean shelves, operators can wipe the surfaces regularly and clean them in a dishmachine. Camguard® antimicrobial protection is molded into the shelf plates, inhibiting bacterial and fungal growth between cleanings to prevent odors and stains that could affect stored contents. Though the top shelf accommodates 400 pounds, and the three lower shelves can support 600 pounds each, this unit isn't equipped to store more than 1,800 pounds.
