The Cambro CBSK2436S5580 polymer solid shelf plate kit comes with all the necessary hardware to install its five shelves to Camshelving® shelving units. To hold bagged or boxed ingredients, supplies, and kitchen equipment, each shelf has a capacity of 600 pounds. This unit can be used in temperatures within a range of -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Its shelf plates are made of resilient polypropylene; each shelf measures 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep.
