With its four vented shelf plates and one solid shelf plate, the Cambro CBSK2142VS5580 Camshelving® Basics Plus shelf plate kit catches leaking product and helps move air around product to reduce dust and moisture accumulation. All the shelves are constructed of durable polypropylene to withstand common wear from loading and unloading products, and they are designed for a temperature range of -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, ideal for use in dishrooms, kitchens, pantries, freezers, and refrigerators. These brushed graphite shelves measure 42 inches wide by 21 inches deep, and they come with 10 traverses and five bags of eight dovetails for attachment to a Camshelving unit's posts.
