The Cambro CBA215484V5580 Camshelving® Basics Plus shelving unit is designed to add storage space by attaching to a starter shelving unit. Two composite posts are connected by the pre-assembled wedges and post connectors to create the frame. All five shelves are vented to provide airflow so dust does not gather in dry storage and air can flow around products in walk-ins. Since the shelves are constructed of polypropylene, they are heavy duty and resistant to scratches.

The Cambro CBA215484V5580 add-on shelving unit can support an evenly distributed weight capacity of 1,800 pounds. It withstands temperatures ranging from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Assembly is aided by 40 dovetails that secure the traverses to the posts, and the unit's feet adjust so it can be used on uneven floors.
