Measuring 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep, the single shelf in the Cambro CBSK2436V1580 louvered shelf plate kit has a capacity of 600 pounds. With a temperature range of -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, it can be used to hold boxed ingredients in a pantry and product in a walk-in freezer. Reducing dust accumulation, the shelves are vented to enable airflow through the gaps. To simplify installation, this kit comes with two traverses and one bag of eight-count dovetails.
