Because it comes in slate blue, the Cambro CD2020HB401 Camdolly® can be used to add a colorful accent to the back-of-house or color-code stored dishware so staff can grab what they need quickly. To transport heavy dishes between locations, it has two 5-inch swivel casters on the front and two 10-inch rear wheels that are useful when maneuvering over rough terrain. A single lock installed on one swivel caster ensures the dolly doesn't roll away when unattended, and a molded-in handle provides users with a firm grip. Made of high-density, double-walled polyethylene, this unit is further reinforced with a foamed-in-place polyurethane core. To streamline cleaning, it can be wiped down or steam cleaned, and it won't dent, corrode, or warp.
