Its appearance won't fade because the color is incorporated into the double-walled polyethylene body. The unit is reinforced with foamed-in-place polyurethane and includes a molded-in handle that provides improved stability and control when moving as much as 350 pounds of food and equipment. To enable smooth movement, the dolly is equipped with two 5-inch swivel casters and two 10-inch rear wheels that support transportation over a variety of surfaces. A single brake is installed on one swivel caster to ensure that the dolly isn't moved unintentionally.
