With a total capacity of 2,500 pounds, the Channel DR2048-2 shelving unit is ideal for bulk storage. Operators can use this type of shelf for a variety of product, from frozen goods and boxed ingredients to drink mixes and cooking oils. The shelves are spaced 52¹/₂ inches apart and are vented, ideal for large containers that require a maintenance temperature, such as drink syrups. The lowest shelf is raised 12 inches above the ground to reduce the risk of contamination and damage.
