Chicago Metallic 40808 1/1 Full Size Bun / Sheet Pan - 26" X 18" X 1", 18 Gauge Aluminum, AMERICOAT

With its AMERICOAT® ePlus glaze, the Chicago Metallic 40808 sheet pan's coating provides increased durability and reduces oil usage. Its StayFlat® technology keeps its bottom from bowing in high heat, while its 18-gauge construction protects against dents. This pan's rim is banded for additional sidewall strength. Overall, it measures 25¹³/₁₆ inches long by 17⁷/₈ inches wide by 1 inch high and can be washed in a commercial dish machine.
