Coated with an AMERICOAT® ePlus glaze, the Chicago Metallic 40908 sheet pan boasts enhanced durability to prolong service life and reduce oil use. Its 20-gauge aluminum construction improves tensile strength and conductivity, while the banded rim strengthens its edges and simplifies transfer between locations. This pan measures 25¹³/₁₆ inches long by 17⁷/₈ inches wide by 1 inch high and uses a StayFlat® technology to ensure its bottom doesn't warp when exposed to extreme heat.
