Chicago Metallic 44615 Pullman Pan, 13" X 4" X 4", AMERICOAT Glazed 26 Ga. Aluminized Steel

The Chicago Metallic 44615 Pullman pan has flat, even sides that form a perfectly rectangular loaf. Because of its nonstick silicone glaze, the pan smoothly releases product for a consistent shape. Durable against rusting, this pan's 26-gauge aluminized steel construction has a wire surrounding its rim that stands up to frequent use without denting. This pan should be washed by hand only.
