Chicago Metallic 44896 1/1 Full Size Bun / Sheet Pan - 26" X 18" X 1", 18 Gauge Aluminum, Perforated, AMERICOAT®

The Chicago Metallic 44896 full-sized sheet pan measures 25¹³/₁₆ inches long by 17⁷/₈ inches wide by 1 inch high. It's constructed of durable 18-gauge aluminum and coated in an AMERICOAT® ePlus glaze to reduce food stains and deliver lasting performance. While its rims are strengthened with built-in wires, its bottom is perforated with ¹/₈-inch holes for excellent heat circulation. Designed with Stayflat® technology, this piece reduces the risk of bowing in high temperatures.
