Chicago Metallic 45727 Mini Loaf Pan, Makes (28) 3 7/8" X 2 1/2" Loaves, AMERICOAT Glazed 26 Ga Aluminized Steel

The Chicago Metallic 45727 mini loaf pan is made of aluminized steel for strength and high-heat use. It makes up to 28 mini loaves, and the cutouts measure 3⁷/₈ inches by 2¹/₂ inches. A wire in the rim creates structure and enables the pan to be used in a pan rack; its square corners are easy to grab. The Chicago Metallic 45727 mini loaf pan comes with a glaze called AMERICOAT® ePlus that prevents stains and helps remove the mini loaves.
