The Chicago Metallic 49035 Uni-Lock® baguette pan is great for making various kinds of loaves. Each mold is 3 inches wide by 25¹/₂ inches deep. The pan has 0.081-inch perforations to keep the crust crisp. Constructed of aluminum, the Chicago Metallic 49035 french bread pan is sturdy and strong. The frame and panel has a locking mechanism to prevent it from falling apart. A glaze is put on the pan to prevent staining.
