To enable use upon arrival, the Chicago Metallic 49103 pizza pan comes pre-seasoned. Its aluminum construction is durable and corrosion resistant, though it's not dishmachine safe, so it must be scrubbed manually. Because it's hard coated, it won't chip, peel, or flake, and it measures 10 inches in diameter by ³/₈ inches deep to create a small thin-crust pizza.
