Chicago Metallic 49163 16" Thin Crust Pizza Pan, BAKALON, 3/8" Deep, AMERICOAT Glazed 14 Ga Anodized Aluminum

The Chicago Metallic 49163 pizza pan is hard coated to prevent it from chipping, peeling, and flaking. Great for baking large, thin-crust pizza, it measures 16 inches in diameter by ³/₈ of an inch deep, and it's constructed of aluminum that provides durability and corrosion resistance. The pan is pre-seasoned, creating a nonstick coating that resists nicks from metal utensils. It can't be washed safely in a dishmachine, so employees must scrub it by hand using a suitable detergent.
