Chicago Metallic 91090 9" Deep Dish Pizza Pan, BAKALON, 1 1/2" Deep, Noncoated 14 Ga Anodized Aluminum

The Chicago Metallic 91090 deep-dish pizza pan is made of durable aluminum, treated by an electrochemical process to produce an anodized hard coat that resists abrasions and corrosion. With its 1¹/₂-inch-deep edges and solid bottom, the pan can be used by chefs to form a Chicago-style pizza, then to serve those pies directly from oven to table. Embossed feet slightly elevate the pan off a counter or table surface, limiting contact between it and the pan's hot bottom. This pan should be washed manually with aluminum-safe detergent.
