The Cleveland 21CGA5 convection steamer is a countertop unit that takes up minimal space in a crowded environment. Its single compartment accommodates five full-size hotel pans of food, which sit on stainless steel racks that can slide out for cleaning and food retrieval. Enabling temperature adjustment as high as 104 degrees Fahrenheit, the control panel is mounted on the right. It operates with a 60-minute mechanical timer to eliminate guess work and has a shut off switch that stops steam after use.

Mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs, the Cleveland 21CGA5 countertop steamer can be installed on uneven surfaces without tipping over. The left-hand door stays cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burns, and it latches and seals shut with magnetic gaskets to prevent warm air from escaping.
