Cleveland 22CGT6.1 SteamChef™ (6) Pan Convection Steamer - Countertop, Liquid Propane

The Cleveland 22CGT6.1 SteamChef™ countertop steamer is heated by LP gas. It holds six full-size steam table pans and has a 1-gallon water reservoir in the bottom. A fan circulates steam evenly throughout the compartment. Durability and corrosion resistance are provided by the stainless steel door and latches. This unit is able to sit on uneven surfaces since its 4-inch legs are adjustable. Condensate waste is removed by the KleanShield™ design.

There are low and high water probes in the unit that maintain the water level during the cooking process. A boilerless-style heating system is used to heat the unit, and its burners are in the front for easy access. With its 60-minute electromechanical timer, the user can easily set the time and proceed with other tasks. LED lights on the control panel are used to identify what settings are on. The Cleveland 22CGT6.1 SteamChef countertop steamer has an automatic drain control that drains the water when the power is turned off.
