The Cleveland 24CEA10.2 SteamCraft® Gemini™ 10 pressureless steamer is built for high-volume cooking operations, offering two independently controlled compartments. Each compartment has a dedicated boiler-based steam generator, ensuring consistent steam distribution and efficient cooking. This unit accommodates up to 10 full-size cafeteria pans, with five pans fitting in each compartment. Its stainless steel construction enhances durability, while the left-hand hinged doors and right-side controls provide a user-friendly layout. The easyTimer control system features a 90-minute digital timer with an LED readout for precision cooking. To optimize performance, the SureCook load compensating thermostat automatically adjusts to maintain consistent cooking results.

Equipped with an automatic water fill system, the Cleveland 24CEA10.2 steamer simplifies operation by filling the generators and initiating heating with the flip of a switch. The unit includes an exclusive cold water condenser to maintain dry steam and prevent excess moisture buildup. Additional features such as a manual cooking mode, descale indicator, and removable stainless steel slide racks enhance usability and maintenance. For stability, the unit is supported by 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.
