The Cleveland KDL-30-F stationary steam kettle operates with direct steam, so it must be cleaned regularly and connected to an external boiler for use. With its full steam jacket, it provides uniform heating even if the kettle is filled to the brim. This unit is designed to eliminate hot and cold spots and has a large, 30-gallon capacity for preparing soup, chili, or stew. Its spring-assisted cover is hinged and rotatable to facilitate pouring and serving. Constructed of stainless steel, the exterior is durable and rust resistant.

To help users add water to the Cleveland KDL-30-F steam kettle, a bracket is included for faucet mounting. Its open tri-leg base is equipped with adjustable flanged feet that can be bolted and repositioned for installation on uneven floors.
