As part of the Short Series™, this Cleveland KDL80TSH kettle measures 51 1/2 inches wide by 38 inches deep by 35 inches high and is mounted on an open tri-leg base. For stability on uneven flooring, its feet can be adjusted and are flanged for floor bolting, protecting the kettle from tipping when tilted. Its stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion, while its heavy-duty rolled rim endures high-volume use. With its 80-pound capacity, it can support large volumes of pasta, stew, soup, and rice.

Compatible with kitchens equipped with steam generators or external boilers, the Cleveland KDL80TSH kettle is a direct-steam unit with a full steam jacket that encases the kettle entirely. This full-jacketed design provides more heat than two-thirds steam jackets, overall. Once food is cooked, operators can tilt the kettle manually using a crank to pour product from the large pouring lip at desired speeds and in portioned amounts.
