This 29 7/8-inch-wide by 34-inch-deep by 36 3/4-inch-high structure has an open tri-leg base with flanged feet that can be bolted into the floor for long-term stabilization. If the unit must be installed on irregular flooring, its feet can be adjusted to level the kettle. While the interior is made of 316 stainless steel, the exterior is 304 stainless steel with a No. 4 finish. This rust- and corrosion-resistant metal preserves its original look throughout use and withstands daily use in commercial environments.

Simpler to install than direct-steam systems, the Cleveland KEL25 electric kettle only requires hook-up to an electric source to heat its steam jacket. The two-thirds steam jacket is filled with treated water and has a 50-PSI rating, meaning it can withstand high cooking temperatures and cook foods quickly. Operators can use the water-resistant control panel to raise and lower temperatures as needed, while solid-state temperature controls track programmed temperatures accurately. The control panel also includes LED indicator lights that notify users when water levels are low or the unit is in use. When foods are ready to be served, thick product, such as soup, rice, and pasta, can be scooped from the kettle. Broth and water can be expelled through the tangent draw-off valve, which includes a strainer to keep solid foods inside the kettle.
