Durable for heavy-duty applications, the Cleveland KGL-80-T steam kettle is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its large, 80-gallon capacity is great for serving soup and chili at catering events, restaurants, and schools. To retrieve product, it has a manual tilting mechanism that locks in place to facilitate access. Its pressure gauge can be accessed from the front, and the temperature can be adjusted from 145 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit using solid-state controls. It also includes LED lights that indicate the water level and heat cycle settings.

The Cleveland KGL-80-T tilting kettle remains permanently filled with distilled water, so it doesn't have to be refilled manually. With its two-thirds steam jacket, it heats product evenly without hot or cold spots. The unit is positioned on flanged feet that can be bolted down and adjusted for setup on uneven surfaces. It operates using natural gas at 190,000 BTU.
