For a long service life, the Cleveland MKDL125T tilting mixer kettle has a stainless steel exterior and an interior made of 316 stainless steel—a commercial-grade material that defends against damage from highly acidic products. Measuring 74 inches wide by 46 inches deep by 59 inches high, it has a 125-gallon working capacity and can be bolted to the floor for secure mounting. Inside the scraper shaft, gallon markings help users track product amount, while its large pouring lip streamlines pouring. So the operator doesn’t overexert trying to lift the heavy unit, it has an integrated power-tilt mechanism that is supported by roller bearings. To prevent accidental adjustment during operation, it self-locks.

The Cleveland MKDL125T mixer/kettle’s mixing and scraping speeds can be adjusted with scraper speed controls, which range between 0 and 40 rotations per minute, while the agitator rotates from zero to eight times the scraper’s speed for uniform results. To prevent product waste or damage, this unit has a safety device to prevent high-speed starts, and if the bridge, safety cover, or screen are lifted, mixing automatically stops. The hydraulic-powered agitator and scraper are mounted on bayonets for easy removal and cleaning.
