Great for cooking multiple foods at a time, the Cleveland SD-1800-K2020 steam kettle has two kettles that each accommodate 20 gallons of soup, stew, or pasta. Its manual tilting mechanism helps users serve and retrieve product; its two-thirds steam jackets eliminate hot and cold spots to heat evenly. To fill the kettles with hot or cold water, the unit's modular cabinet stand is fitted with a swinging faucet. Being a direct-steam unit, it must be connected to an external boiler for operation.

The Cleveland SD-1800-K2020 tilting kettle has a stainless steel exterior and a 316 stainless steel interior liner to provide durability and defend against rust or corrosion. It includes a steam control kit with a condensate strainer, steam control valve, steam strap, check valve, nipples, and fittings, which come factory installed to facilitate assembly. The stand is built with a sliding drain pan that captures condensate and a shield that captures splashes to reduce messes.
