The center support console on the Cleveland TKET-12-T steam kettle has 1-through-10 temperature dials to adjust the temperature between 145 and 260 degrees Fahrenheit. It also features LED indicators that shine when the water is low and if the heat cycle is active. This unit is self-contained to facilitate use and includes two kettles, each with a 12-gallon capacity. The heating elements are welded in with a splash-resistant cover to reduce the risk of damage.

The Cleveland TKET-12-T tilting kettle's pressure gauge and relief valve are simple to read and rear mounted for access. Its kettles have two-thirds steam jackets permanently filled with distilled water; this method of cooking ensures large batches of chili and pasta are prepped quick and even with no hot or cold spots. The lever-style tilting mechanism locks in place to prevent spills and includes a large pouring lip to serve product.
