The Continental 1FNSSHD reach-in freezer features a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that operates with digital controls. The controls display the state of the defrost system and internal temperature, and an alarm sounds when this temperature is too high or too low. Highly durable and resistant to corrosion, both the interior and exterior of the Continental 1FNSSHD one-section reach-in are made of stainless steel. Polyurethane foam is sandwiched between metal panels and provides ideal insulation to help prevent temperature loss. The interior has 20 cubic feet of space and three epoxy-coated shelves for organized storage. For convenient access to the interior, this model has two half-height solid doors, enabling operators to divide ingredient storage into two smaller sections.
