Both metals are durable and resistant to corrosion. Between the metal paneling is polyurethane foam insulation to help lock in the cold. The four half-height doors are solid, self-close, and can be locked to prevent theft.

The Continental 2RESNSAHD extra-wide refrigerator is fitted with a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, an automatic condensate evaporator, and an off-cycle defrost system. R290 refrigerant is used to bring the unit to desired temperatures as determined by the electronic controller. If the temperature becomes too high or low, an alarm will sound to notify the operator. For mobility as needed, the unit sits on four casters.
