Designed to withstand heavy use, the Continental 2RESNSGD extra-wide refrigerator has a stainless steel front and aluminum sides and interior. Both are durable and corrosion resistant metals. Between the paneling is 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation to lock in the cold temperatures. The interior spans 40 cubic feet and is fitted with eight epoxy-coated steel shelves.

To set desired temperatures, the Continental 2RESNSGD reach-in refrigerator has an electronic controller with a digital display. The unit has an automatic condensate evaporator to reduce the humidity in the cabinet, while the off-cycle defrost prevents any moisture from freezing. If the unit reaches undesired temperatures, an alarm will sound until addressed. The self-contained refrigeration unit is mounted atop the cabinet and uses R290 refrigerant.
