The Continental Refrigeration 2RSESN reach-in refrigerator cools its interior with a self-contained refrigeration system that uses R-290 refrigerant to produce cold air. Users can monitor the temperature with the digital display while a high-low alarm sounds to alert kitchen staff if the system has an issue. To retain cold air in the refrigerator if staff fail to close the door, it self-closes on cam-lift hinges.
