For an extended lifespan, the Continental 2RSNSA two-section reach-in refrigerator has a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior. This unit is fitted with two doors and chrome handles. The doors' self-closing design retains cold air, and they seal with magnetic gaskets. Products and ingredients sit on six epoxy-coated steel shelves, and polyurethane insulation traps cold air in the cabinet. This refrigerator sits on 5-inch casters and measures 52 inches wide by 29¹/₄ inches deep by 82¹/₄ inches high overall.

The Continental 2RSNSA refrigerator uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep the interior cool, and its electronic controls enable temperature adjustment. The internal temperature can be monitored using the unit's digital display. For optimal performance, this unit includes an off-cycle defrost system that temporarily stops the refrigeration cycle to reduce ice buildup and an electric condensate evaporator that eliminates accumulated water.
