Built to endure heavy use, the Continental 3RENSSGDHD extra-wide refrigerator is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Polyurethane is foamed between the paneling to retain the cold conditions produced by the self-contained refrigeration system, which is mounted atop the cabinet. This unit uses R290 refrigerant to operate the system so it can produce cold air as determined by the digital controller.

The interior of the Continental 3RENSSGDHD reach-in refrigerator is fitted with 12 epoxy-coated steel shelves illuminated by LED interior lighting. This combines with the six triple-paned glass half doors to provide a clear view of items. Additionally, they self-close to reduce recovery time and each have cylinder locks to prevent theft. To clean behind and underneath, the cabinet sits on six casters for easy mobilization.
