Temperatures must be programmed using the digital controls, and if there is ever a drastic change in temperature, an alarm will sound to alert staff.

For efficient operation, the Continental BB59NSS bar cooler has a front-breathing design and is insulated with polyurethane foam. The unit's off-cycle defrost and hot gas condensate evaporator eliminates ice or water buildup to maintain consistent temperatures and conditions. Overall, this unit measures 59 inches wide by 29³/₁₆ inches deep by 34³/₄ inches high.
