The unit is made of durable stainless steel with a reinforced stainless steel floor, and the cabinet cavity is insulated with 3-inch-thick polyurethane.

The Continental BB59SNSSSGDPT bar refrigerator cools with eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The electronic controller adjusts temperatures, while the high/low alarm alerts employees when the unit has reached an unsafe range. The hot gas condensate evaporator will minimize moisture inside the cavity, and maintenance is simplified because of the slide-out configuration.
