To keep internal temperatures at its set level, the Continental BB69SN bar refrigerator's self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant; this temperature controlled via the digital control panel. The unit's digital temperature readout and high/low alarm helps with monitoring the cabinet's functionality. To sustain its holding temperature and provide a consistent performance, this unit is equipped with a hot gas condensate evaporator, an off-cycle defrost, and CFC-free polyurethane insulation.

The Continental BB69SN bar refrigerator's stainless steel front, top, side, and interior panels are durable and can be cleaned quickly, and to secure the stored contents at the end of a shift, the two solid doors have locks. Additionally, the solid doors and magnetic gaskets create a tight seal to prevent cold air from leaking out. The refrigerator's four shelves are made of wire for evenly distributed airflow. Staff can quickly distinguish between the stored products and determine inventory because the LED lights illuminate the interior.
