To prevent excessive cold air loss, the door self-closes and can be locked to prevent theft.

The Continental D1FINSA one-section freezer operates using the electronic controller, which features a digital display. Staff can set the operating temperature from 0 to -10 degrees Fahrenheit, and the top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant€”an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon. To reduce water collection, the hot-gas evaporator functions automatically, while the off-cycle defrost system runs intermittently to prevent ice development.
