The Continental D1FXN one-section, reach-in unit is great for storage in delis, fast food, and restaurant locations because of its 32-cubic-foot capacity. It holds three shelves made of heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel designed to withstand humid spaces. The unit's front is constructed of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability, while the interior and end panels are made of aluminum. The panels are insulated with 3-inch-thick polyurethane for an airtight and water-resistant seal. The unit's solid door features Santoprene® door gaskets to reduce cold air loss.

The Continental D1FXN reach-in freezer's top-mounted refrigeration system keeps the unit cool. The removable plug system lets the system be removed or installed on site. Its temperature control has an operable range between 0 and -5 degrees Fahrenheit, and the unit's automatic electric defrost melts frost on coils that circulate the refrigerant to keep operating conditions optimal.
