Built to withstand heavy use, the Continental D1FXSNSA Designer Line reach-in freezer is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, both of which are durable and corrosion resistant materials. In between the metal paneling is 3 inches of foamed-in polyurethane insulation that works with the solid, full-height door to retain cold conditions. The cabinet's interior spans 32 cubic feet and is fitted with three epoxy-coated steel shelves illuminated with LED lighting.

The Continental D1FXSNSA extra-wide freezer operates via an electronic controller with a digital display screen. Here, staff can set the desired holding temperature between -10 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit. The top-mounted, self-contained refrigerator then works to reach set temperature; the system uses R290 refrigerant for safe and efficient operation. To enable air to circulate underneath and behind the cabinet, the unit stands on four 6-inch legs.
